Product Designer
- Built and launched a 0-1 current account within the mobile app. Responsible for the information architecture, debit card management, statements, payment disputes and now retention & engagement initiatives. Soft launched in 2024 and full launch in June 2025, we now have over 90k customers and an NPS of X.
- Created a highly innovative savings account (Smart Saver) that uniquely appeals to common behaviours and needs. In three years, it’s grown to 260k customers and £5.3bn in deposits.
- Supported the car finance team to optimise application conversion in HP finance (8% increase), and designed two new application journeys to enable entry into PCP finance and refinance markets.
- To improve ways of working, I proactively set up a weekly cross-squad initiative called ‘Devs & Design’ to improve alignment and review process between engineers and product. Also set up ‘Flows Friday’ to allow designers to share WIP with Directors and PMs to improve alignment and get early feedback.
- Hosted a workshop for the PR team, involving senior stakeholders, to identify a new ESG campaign. Also hosted design thinking workshops to support all participating teams in the 2024 company hackathon.
