Product Designer
- Co-designer of a 0-1 current account launched in the mobile app in October 2024, now with over 200k customers and achieving an NPS of 72. Responsible for the end-to-end discovery and design of the information architecture, card management, statements, disputes, money pots and scheduled payments.
- Proactively set up a weekly cross-squad initiative, ‘Wireframe Wednesdays’, to allow designers to share WIP with Directors and PMs to improve alignment and get early feedback to help us prioritise and move at pace. Also set up a weekly ‘Devs & Design’ session between tribe engineers and designers to improve the hand-off process.
- Led the discovery and design of a highly innovative savings account (Smart Saver) that allows savers to spread their money across different types of pots in order to optimally balance accessibility and interest. Grown to 260k customers and £5.3bn in deposits.
- Experienced across PCP and HP car finance products, delivering two new application journeys for when customers arrive from price comparison websites..
- Skilled in both React Native and Native design systems
- Achieved second place in Zopa Bank + Google Ai Hackathon, 2024.
